100 % Furmint harvested in October 2017, from the volcanic Kincsem vineyard. Strict yield control, max. 1 kg/vine.
Dominium is the winery’s premium line. Tank fermentation followed by 6 months of barrel ageing and regular battonage. The nose offers elegant oak notes and green apple. On the palate it shows nuts, almond, vanilla and lots of minerals.
Recommended food match: fish, white meat, spicy pastas. Serve at 10-12°C.
