Grapes were picked in October 2017 and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Aged in oak barrels for 8 months in the winery’s 600 year old cellar. Bottled in the middle of September 2018.
Light gold colour, with intense apricot, honey and tropical fruit notes on the nose. The elegant and balanced palate shows some hints of botrytis and a lively acidity coupled with some almond and nut aromas. A marriage of the best features of 3 typical Tokaj grape varieties with the additional value of botrytised Aszú berries.
